If you have a hazardous or explosion proof area to light, McGeoch now has the perfect solution. What’s more, where there is an existing conventional light fitting, McGeoch’s new Endurance Luminaire provides an easily-fitted direct replacement, its innovative and modular design guaranteeing a long, maintenance-free service life. McGeoch Endurance is ideal for potentially explosive and other hostile or hazardous environments, especially where flammable gases may be present. Based on the same design of the 30W and 55W version, the Emergency Endurance LED Luminaire incorporates a battery which provides a luminous autonomy against failure of electrical service. Main characteristics In emergency mode 3 LEDs will remain illuminated for a minimum of 3 hours (equivalent to 12W) The system is designed to charge the batteries in 24 hours after which the charge rate drops to a maintained rate.
